It was slim pickings this year. But three of my favourites are Australian productions.

And Honourable Mention goes to the 3D conversion re-release of Jurassic Park. Twenty years down the track and the movie's best sequences - the T-Rex breaking out of the compound - still kick arse, and most surprising of all, the entire movie felt like it had been directed for 3D.
